Shipping

Delivery Time and Shipping Information in Mexico

Delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after product confirmation and validation.

 

FEDEX home deliveries are free for purchases of $1,500.00 pesos or more. Orders placed from Monday to Thursday after 12:00 p.m. will start processing the next business day.

 

Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m., Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Shipping costs apply for orders under $1,500 pesos unless otherwise stated.

 

Customers will be provided with a tracking guide via WhatsApp after payment validation.

IMPORTANT: Check the condition of packages upon receipt. Report any missing items to FEDEX within 48 business hours and contact WALTER'S with order details and photographic evidence of the package's condition.

Return Policy

At WALTER'S, we want our customers to feel 100% satisfied with the products they are purchasing. Since our products are of animal origin, there are certain characteristics we want to inform our end consumers about, to help them understand a bit more about the characteristics of 100% original animal skin:

  1. There may be slight variations in tone between one order and the next.

  2. There may be some natural neck marks.

  3. The leather may have branding marks in some cases.

  4. It may have marks acquired during the animal's life, such as insect bites, scars, stretch marks, scratches, etc.

  5. There may be some holes due to mechanical drying, tanning process, sample collection for laboratory tests.

  6. There may be a variation in size since our products are of animal origin.

  7. Catalogue prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We will not accept any product returns with the following characteristics:

  • Cut

  • Painted or Scratched

  • Manipulated in any way

  • Out of its original packaging

  • Damaged by shipping and transport

To authorize a return, the customer must pay for the return shipment to our company, where our technical team will then review the leather and evaluate the requested return.

If the return is requested due to an error by WALTER'S, the shipping cost is covered by the company.

The end consumer, by accepting and making the payment for any of our products, is accepting these conditions and characteristics.

– Any return is valid for 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to the customer. – For online purchases, it is necessary to notify the return via the customer service WhatsApp +52 1 477 159 9824 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with the following information:

  • Order reference.

  • Reason for the return.

  • Photo of the product.

– Any item purchased online can be returned for the following reasons: – If there is a mistake in the sent item. – Returns are subject to the condition of the product. If WALTER'S considers that the product has been mistreated, damaged or altered by the customer, the return will be denied. – Under no circumstances will a return be made if the item shows signs of abuse or use. – Returns do not apply to clearance or discounted items.
