Where are your leather goods made?
Every piece is made by hand in our workshop in León, Guanajuato, Mexico, the country's leather and footwear capital.
How long does my order take?
Each piece is made to order in 7 to 10 business days. Exotic leathers or personalized pieces may take a few extra days. When it ships, we send you the tracking number.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship to the United States and other countries. Message us on WhatsApp at +52 477 159 9824 and we'll send you a shipping quote. Shipping within Mexico is free on orders over $1,500 MXN.
What currency are your prices in?
Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN). If you pay with a US card, your bank converts the amount to dollars at its exchange rate.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards, Mercado Pago, OXXO cash payments and PayPal, all through a secure checkout.
Do your products have a warranty?
Yes. All our pieces carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in stitching, hardware and leather.
Which leathers do you use?
We work with genuine cowhide and pelibuey leather, and exotic leathers such as crocodile, stingray and pirarucú fish. Each piece may show natural variations in tone and texture that make it unique.
Can I personalize my piece?
Yes. On many models you choose the leather and lining color, and some briefcases accept laser engraving with your name or initials. Message us if you're looking for something special.
