1. About us

Walter's Luxury is a leather goods brand based in León, Guanajuato, Mexico, dedicated to making and selling handmade genuine leather goods.

2. Products and availability

Our goods are made of 100% genuine leather, so natural variations in tone, texture and size may exist between pieces (see our Returns and warranty policy). Most pieces are made to order. Availability may change without notice.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If you pay with a card issued outside Mexico, your bank converts the amount to your currency. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before confirming an order. Payments are processed securely through Wix and the corresponding payment providers (such as Mercado Pago or PayPal).

4. Ordering

When you place an order you agree to provide accurate and complete contact and shipping information. You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is processed.

5. Production and shipping

Production times and shipping conditions are described in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and we will let you know about any significant delay. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country, payable by the customer.

6. Returns, exchanges and warranty

Our current Returns and warranty policy applies, including the 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site (images, text, logos and designs) belongs to Walter's Luxury and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Personal data

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy notice.

9. Limitation of liability

Walter's Luxury is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the site.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; changes apply from their publication on this site and do not affect confirmed orders.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, including the Federal Consumer Protection Law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of León, Guanajuato, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
