Shipping policy

Made to order

Each piece is handmade in León, Guanajuato, after your order is confirmed. Production takes 7 to 10 business days (jackets, 17 to 22 business days). Pieces in exotic leathers or with personalization (such as laser engraving) may need a few extra days; we'll confirm it when you order.

Mexico

We ship anywhere in Mexico. Shipping is free on orders over $1,500 MXN. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

United States and other countries

We ship to the United States and other countries. Message us on WhatsApp at +52 477 159 9824 before ordering and we'll send you a shipping quote. Import duties and taxes in the destination country, if any, are paid by the customer.

Tracking

When your order leaves our workshop we'll send you the tracking number. Transit time depends on the destination and the carrier.

Receiving your package

Check your package when you receive it. If it arrives open or damaged, note it with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product.

Wrong address or undelivered package

Make sure your address is complete when you order. If the carrier can't deliver because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available to receive it, the cost of a new shipment is paid by the customer.
