Who is responsible for your data

Walter's Luxury, located in León, Guanajuato, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you provide to us, in accordance with Mexican law on the protection of personal data held by private parties.

Data we collect

• Identification and contact data: name, email, phone number and shipping address.
• Billing data, if you request an invoice.
• Order details and shopping preferences.
• Browsing data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. Your card details are processed directly by the payment providers (such as Mercado Pago or PayPal); Walter's Luxury does not store them.

How we use your data

Necessary purposes: processing and shipping your orders, making pieces to your measure, issuing invoices, handling exchanges, returns and warranties, and providing customer service.

Additional purposes: sending you promotions and news and improving our site. You can opt out at any time by writing to hello@waltersluxury.com or using the unsubscribe link in our emails; this does not affect your purchases.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers needed to run the store: the Wix platform (hosting and checkout), payment processors and shipping carriers, and with authorities when required by law.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, and withdraw your consent. Send your request to hello@waltersluxury.com with your name, a way to reply to you, an ID and a description of your request. We will respond within 20 business days.

Cookies

We use cookies so the store and the bag work, to remember your preferences and to measure site usage. You can disable them in your browser, although some features may stop working.
